Product Description |
| If you need a no-nonsense food processor, the Braun K650 Combi Max is the way to go. You are in complete control of your food preparation with this machine, an excellent feature when it comes to choosing which speed is best for what ingredient. Its powerful 600 watt motor makes chopping, slicing and shredding as simple as pressing a button?which is exactly what you have to do. You can modify this electronically controlled processor's speed to adapt to your needs, whether you require cutting, peeling or slicing. The variable speed function lets you decide what to do with your food, and includes a pulse button for an extra burst of power.
Also included with this processor, a plastic universal bowl (sealed to prevent leakage), a cream propeller whipping tool, stainless steel shredding disc and slicing disc, all of which are dishwasher safe. The Braun K650 Combi Max works with an electronic overload protection dual safety system making it safe, and though a powerful machine, it's ultra silent. There's nothing left to do but enjoy this machine. |

Great Food Processor!
|

| About 25 years ago, my wife and I bought a Braun food processor. We used it for over 23 years, replacing the bowl once and the stalks that held the cutting disks about three times. We only gave it up when it started leaking oil. We replaced it with a Cuisinart that didn't have multiple speeds and did have a complicated and largely inscrutable lid locking system that ultimately failed--we needed to stick a screwdriver into the lid to make it work. So we found this Braun, which is similar to but an improvement on our old one, and it's great! Very lightweight, the bowl and lid simply snap into place, there's infinite speed control, and the cutting disks and stalks have been redesigned to be much sturdier. Beats Cuisinart by a mile. |
Workhorse!!

| I bought this after using a Braun processor of a similar type. This is a real workhorse, comes with several blades, not just one or two, and includes a juicer. The pulse option and the multi speed makes my job easier as I can add bits as I peel or cut. Love this equipment, the warranty is a good one, and the manual gave me ideas for use that I hadnt considered. A real deal for the $100 price I paid. |
Excellent

I like my new Braun CombiMax Food Processor. It is everything it promised to be: powerful, easy to use and can go from squeezing orange juice to pureeing soups to chopping vegetables (each task requires a change of blade or attachment)
Once criticism: Difficult to store all the different blades in a neat manner. I finally put them into a large zip lock bag and this seems to do the trick.

So quiet

| I'm really impressed, plenty of power. My old kitchenaid food processer was so loud I needed ear protection, with thin plastic that broke the locking tabs off the first time I used it. I was begining to think that there was no such thing as a good one. This processer is so great, I'll look at other Braun products before other brands in the future. |
Excelent food processor

We found the Braun CombiMax K-650 so much better than any Cuisinart.
It has 14 speeds.
The Cuisinart has only one speed. (The dough switch provides more power but with the same speed).
The bowl of the (eight cups) Braun is as big as the "11 cup" Cuisinart.
The center shaft inside the bowl is sealed so you can fill it with fluid to a higher level.
The bowl cover of the Braun can be removed with a light twist. It is much more complicated on the Cuisinart.
Also, removing the bowl is much easier on the Braun.
This food processor is so much easy to use and we use it almost every day.
